摘要
本文把形象网络分析法引入空间三维窄缝模腔内的流场计算中,建立了熔体在窄缝模腔中作非等温流动的凝固层模型,在此基础上求解流场的压力分布、速度分布和凝固层厚度分布。分析表明,形象网络分析法具有物理概念清晰、容易编程序、节省计算机内存和运算速度快等优点,是模拟熔体流动过程的一种新的数值分析法。
In this article,the imaginative network analysis is introduced into thesolution of three dimensional flow field in narrow gap moulds.A melt soli-dification model with phase-change effect is built up for the.melt to flow in non-isothermal cases in narrow gap moulds,then,pressure and velocity pro-files and the solidified layer thickness of the flow fields are predicted.It isproved that the imaginative network analysis method has many advantages,such as distinct concept,easy programming,little memory space used,highoperation speed and so on,therefore,the imaginative network analysis me-thod is a new numerical method to simulate the melt flow process.
