摘要
本文系统地研究了以锂辉石为基础的Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2体系低热膨胀陶瓷,获得了热膨胀系数小于2×10^(-6)/℃以及接近于零膨胀的陶瓷坯体。本文强调了在坯体中使用一定量的石英对降低热膨胀系数有显著作用。研究表明,陶瓷坯体的低热膨胀率主要取决于瓷体中生成的β-锂辉石固溶体的数量,以及固溶体中的SiO_2含量。
Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 System low thermal expansion porcelains based on spodumene were stud-
ied systematically to obtain the ceramic bodies with the thermal coefficients lower than 2×10^(-6)/℃
(20~800q℃) near zero expansion. A certain amount of quartz in the batch has significant effect
on reducing the body's thermal expansion coefficient. It is showed that the very low thermal ex-
pansion of the porcelain bodies is attributed to the amount of β-spodumene solid solution in the
bodies and SiO_2 content in the solid solution.
