摘要
乡镇企业经过20多年的发展,已成为我国市场经济不可或缺的主体。然而,随着我国加入世界贸易组织以及新经济的严峻挑战,人力资源的优化和管理已成为关系到乡镇企业生存和发展的关键问题。本文将通过对当前乡镇企业发展的背景,以及乡镇企业人力资源方面存在问题的分析,试图找到解决乡镇企业人力资源优化和管理的途径。
Through the development of twenties years,township enterprises have become a main body of our market economy which we can' t be short of.However,with China' s entry into WTO and the challenge of new economy,the optimiza-tion and management of the human reso urces has become a key problem relate d to the existence and development of township enterprises.By analyzing the background of current township e nterprises development and the prob lems exist-ing in the human resources in townshi p enterprises,the article tries to f ind out a solution to the problem.
