摘要
国际关系当前处于深刻调整期。美国外交向强化单边主义调整,对国际关系的影响和冲击最大。世界面临国际安全体系遭受重创、国际集体决策体制弱化、国际法体制受到冲击、全球化负面影响突出等严峻挑战。大国关系出现积极调整,总体趋于改善和稳定。国际地缘政治发生新变化,欧洲和亚太两大板块相对平稳,处于其间的中东、中亚、南亚地区是动荡、冲突不断的脆弱链条。国际战略格局之争更加尖锐,当前是单极和多极之争的相持阶段,从长远看,多极化趋势将逐渐胜出。
The international relations at present are undergoing profound changes. American diplomacy is shifting towards unilateralism, bringing about strong impact on international relations. The world is faced with grave challenges like damaged international security system, weakening of international collective decision-making regime, undermined international legal system and negative impacts of globalization. Major power relationships are moving towards positive directions with a general trend of improvement and stability. The international geopolitical situation has undergone new changes. While situation in Europle and Asia-Pacific still remains relatively stable, Middle East, Central Asia and South Asia are the fragile chains between the two regions, which have been plagued with protracted turbulence and conflicts. The struggle of international strategic pattern has become even more intense though contest between unipolarity and multipolarity at the moment logs in a stalemate. In the long run, the trend of multipolarity will finally prevail.
