摘要
创新是企业获取竞争优势的最主要来源 ,这一理论已成为学术界不争的事实。然而 ,不幸的是 ,在学术界、企业界人士充分重视技术创新、管理创新、制度创新的同时 ,如何加强各行业服务的创新 ,却受到了国内业界人士的冷遇。鉴于服务业的快速发展已成为一个全球性趋势 ,笔者根据美国和西欧等国学者对服务业的理论研究成果 ,在对服务创新的相关要素进行讨论的基础上 ,对服务创新的模式进行了初步探索。
It is an indisputable fact that innovation is the most important source for enterprise to obtain competition advantage Unfortunately,academic researchers and practitioners overlook the importance of how to strengthen service innovation in enterprises while they attach great importance to technology innovation,management innovation and system innovation As service industry has rapidly developed into a global industry,the author first discusses some basic concepts,then does some exploration research on service innovation on the basis of the research theory of American and Western scholars about service industry
