摘要
人类进入生态文明阶段 ,环境法、自然资源法或环境资源法均不能完全适应生态时代的社会要求 ,生态法应运而生 ,开始全面取代环境法、自然资源法或环境资源法。生态法律关系具有综合性、生态性、特殊性等特点 ,其构成要素包括生态法律关系的主体、生态法律关系的内容、生态法律关系的客体。
Mankind has stepped into a period of ecological culture. Environmental, natural resource law and ecological resource law all can not suit the social needs of the ecological time, so ecological law came into being and begins to replace Environmental law, natural resource law and ecological resource law. Ecological legal relation possesses the characteristics of comprehensiveness, ecological and special, it is composed of the subject, contents and object of ecological legal relation.
