摘要
应用右旋糖苷及聚蔗糖对人血SOD进行化学修饰。人血SOD分别经右旋糖苷及聚蔗糖两种修饰剂共价修饰后,仍保留其紫外、荧光吸收特性及SOD的酶活性。人血SOD修饰物的抗胃蛋白酶酶解能力、热稳定性、耐酸性均有显著提高。
The chemical modification of human superoxide dismutase (hSOD) with dextran and ficoll was performed. The modified hSOD still remains native SOD activity with similar characteristics of ultraviolet and fluorescent absorption. The modified hSOD shows greater resistance to pepsin degradation, enhanced heat and pH changes.
