摘要
应用电镜ACP酶细胞化学技术,显示小脑浦肯野氏细胞线状溶酶体,进行了超高压电镜的观察。结果表明:小脑浦肯野氏细胞存在线状溶酶体。为进一步探讨中枢神经细胞线状溶酶体的功能提供超微结构的理论依据。
In this study, we obsetved the nematolysosomes in Purkinje cells of cercbellum under a highe-voltage electron microscope by using acid phosphatase staining. The result show: nematolysosome presents in Purkinje cell. This provide a theoretic basis for the further study of the function of nematolysosome in centre nervous system.
