摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法测定异烟肼明胶海绵中微量杂质异烟腙。在333nm 波长定量检测,结果表明,本法简单。异烟腙浓度在0.12~2.40μg/ml 范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9998),两组不同浓度的平均回收率为100.1%(n=6),RSD 为0.88%。
A UV—spectrophotometric method for the micro—quantitative determination of ftivazide in isoniazid gelatin sponge was
