摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法测定异烟肼明胶海绵中微量杂质异烟腙。在333nm 波长定量检测,结果表明,本法简单。异烟腙浓度在0.12～2.40μg/ml 范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9998),两组不同浓度的平均回收率为100.1%(n=6),RSD 为0.88%。
A UV—spectrophotometric method for the micro—quantitative determination of ftivazide in isoniazid gelatin sponge was
reported.it was showed that the concentration of ftivazide was linear to the absorbance at 333nm over the range of 0.12～

0.9).The proposed method is rapid and reproducible.
