摘要
分析了舰船研制的技术风险的组成以及与其他风险成分的相互关系 ,给出了技术风险的指标体系、各指标的量化分析手段及其评价 。
The composition of technique risk(TR) and relationship between TR and other kinds of risk in warship development are analyzed in detail. TR′s indexes , analysis method and evaluation are also studied. Finally, the concept of relative TR in warship development is given,and analysis of TR by means of this concept is studied.
