摘要
介绍了我厂新开发的苇片净化设备——Y型百叶除尘机的原理结构及设计与使用效果,初步研究了苇片除杂过程中的工况特性。该机首次采用“百叶正吹扩散”和“重力沉降分离”相结合的原理结构,有效地解决了扩散、分离、絮聚、堵塞等方面的矛盾,取得了在生产条件下的较佳运行工况。体积除杂率与原百叶机相比提高11.47%,综合经济效益显著。
Type-Y seperator with Venetian blind as an innovation of the conventional duster has been used successfully for cleaning reed chips at Yueyang Paper Mill, the structure, designing concept and operation performance of the seperator are introduced in this paper. Due to combining the concepts of 'diffusing by blind the blowing' and 'seperating by gravity settling' in its structure, diffusing, seperating, flocculating and clogging can be balanced effectively. The impurities removal efficiency has increased by 11. 47% (by volume) as compared with the old seperator, the marked benefit is recognized.
