摘要
观察了回心草注射液对犬急性心肌缺血区局部静脉血血液流变学的影响,结果:阻断冠脉血流后30min,高(230s^(-1))、中(23s^(-1))、低(5.75s^(-1))切变率下全血粘度及血浆粘度升高,红细胞电泳时间明显延长,随着缺血时间的延长,以上指标持续上升,红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原浓度变化不明显。静脉滴注回心草注射液后,高、中、低切变率下全血粘度及血浆粘度、红细胞电泳时间均明显下降,红细胞压积、血浆纤维蛋白浓度则无明显改变。提示回心革具有明显降血粘度作用,能防治急性心肌缺血时的高粘综合征。
Following acute occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery, the significant andconstant hemorheologic changes were observed in venous blbod from ischemic area. 30 min afterocclusion, the high shear rate (r=230s-1), middle shear rate (r=23s-1) and low shear rate (r=5.75s-1), viscosity of whole blood (ηb) increased significantly, and this change occurred in viscosityof plasma (ηp) and in red cell electrophoretic time (RCET) also. These increases continued there-after. In another group of dogs, 30 min after coronary occlusion, rapid dripping was performed withRhodobryum roseum (Huixincao) injection from right femoral vein. After 10 min, ηb at all shear ratereduced significantly, and this reduction was observed in ηp and in RCET also. These findingssuggested that the hyperviscosity syndrome developed in acute myocardial ischemic could be blockedby Hui Xin Cao.
