摘要
本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳方法对木里牦牛(盐源县采集的血样)血清运铁蛋白分离研究。根据我们对牦牛、黄牛、建昌马、矮马、建昌黑山羊、奶山羊和猪运铁蛋白同步电泳的结果,再据已发表的牦牛运铁蛋白资料,按染色最深的区带初步修定定名为Tf^(AA),Tf^(BB)和Tf^(CC)三型。
Transferrin Pclymeorphismof of serum were studied by the methed of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the Mull yak. Four differnt phonotypies: Tf^(AA)、Tf^(AB)Tf^(BB)、Tf^(CC)、Were found. For those Phenotypies the genetic control bythree alleles Tf^A,Tf^B and Tf^C in Suggested. There are Tf^A,Tf^D,Tf^E,Tf^G and so on in criginal nomenclature. Now we are according to matrial already published and result about yak, cattle, horse, goat, pig of transferrin same eldtrophoresis. Moreover according as the most dark colouring of zond, Preliminary rdvised nomenclature: Tf^(AA),Tf^(BB) and Tf^(CC)…….
