双层生物滤池处理制革废水的研究

摘要 双层生物滤池是一种新开发的生物处理技术。本文首次采用泥螺壳作为生物滤池填料,处理制革废水。研究表明,双层生物滤池具有省能、处理效率高的特点,对制革废水BOD_5去除率可达95%以上。COD去除率达65%~80%。以泥螺壳为填料,比重轻,强度大,比表面大,易挂膜。并对于双层生物滤池去除有机物的动力学规律,进行了分析。 Double-bed biological filter is a new biological treamtent process for tanning wastewater. In this experiment, shells were used as filter media, and showed that removal rates of BOD_5 and COD were 95% and 65-80% respectively, and energy consumption was low. This is the first time to use shells as double-bed biological filter media, which possess several advantages, such as lighter density, higher intensity and larger surface area, and also developes biological slimes easily. Moreover, the kinetics of DBF process had been analyzed.
