摘要
在Ames试验和鲫鱼外周血红细胞核异常研究的基础上,采用直线回归模型和指数模型,建立可用于水质分级的水质致突变性评价基准。综合应用鱼血红细胞核异常率(RT)、水质污染指数(Ⅰ)和污染变化幅度(RI),形成适合于核异常分级的水质致突变性评价基准。对两者差异的拦要原因,进行了讨论。
In this paper,the criteria for evaluation of water mutagenicity which may be used to derive a series of values for grade classification of water quality was established,by use of linear-regressive and exponential model on the experimental basis of Ames assay and the nuclear anomalies in the peripheral blood erythrocytes of the crucian carp. The combined use of RT,I and RI which was suitable for the classification of the nuclear a- nomalies,thus,the other series of criteria was formed for the assessment of mutagenicity of water quality.Finally,the two series of criteria were compared and the causes of the differences between them were also discussed.
