摘要
本文研究了润滑剂粘度、轧制压下率和热处理工艺对冷轧铜板表面质量的影响。对于不同的润滑剂粘度和轧制压下率,应用修正的Stribeck图分析了变形区润滑状态及其对板材表面质量的影响。结果表明,当润滑剂粘度和轧制压下率在最佳范围内时,可获得优良的板材表面质量,光亮退火对板材表面质量亦有利。
The effects of lubricant viscosity, reduction and heat treatment on surface quality ofcold rolled copper sheet was studied in this paper. The lubrication state in deformation zoneand its influences on surface of sheet with different lubricant viscosity and reduction wereanalysed by using the modified Stribeck diagram. It was shown that good surface quality ofsheet was attainable when lubricant viscosity and reduction were optimal, and that bright an-nealing was good for surface quality of sheet.
