摘要
氧化及氧化速度是硫化矿矿浆电化学浮选分离的重要影响因素。本文首次采用腐蚀电流法定量测量硫化矿物的自然氧化速率,研究了pH值、碳酸钠浓度的影响。发现在碳酸钠介质中,与黄铁矿相比毒砂的自然氧化速度明显增大,其原因是在碳酸钠溶液中毒砂自然氧化反应的活化能显著降低。
Natural oxidation rate is quantitatively measured for the first time hy corrosion currentmethod. The influence of solution pH sodium carborate and temperature on the oxidationrate of sulfides is investigated. Results show that arsenopyrite has higher oxidation rate thanpyrite in sodium carborate medium, the reason of which is the actived energy of oxidativereaction of arsenopyrite is decreased sharply.
