摘要
研究了在硝酸“催化”常氧压下浸出闪锌矿时,元素硫的生成率随时间、温度、硝酸根浓度、酸度、矿石粒度等因素的变化。结果表明,元素硫的生成率仅与温度有关,当温度小于343K时,闪锌矿被溶解,其中所有的硫均转化为元素硫,而当温度大于343K时;元素硫生成率仅为80%,其余转化为硫酸根。文中还研究了浸出中所生成的元素硫的形貌。
The formations of elemental sulphur during the nitric acid promoted leaching of sphalerite at normal oxygenpressure have been studied as a function of leaching time, temperature, nitrate concentration, acidity and spha-lerite particle size. The results show that the relative amounts of elemental sulphur and sulphate produced in theleaching depend only on temperature and there is no great change with the changes of other conditions. Whentemperature is kept below 343 K, approximately all the sulphidic ions are converted into elemental sulphur, onthe contrary, only shout 80 pct of the sulphidic ions are converted into elemental sulphur when temperature ishigher than 343 K. The morphology of the elemental sulphur produced in the leaching also has been ascertainedin this paper.
