祛瘀镇痛酒治疗骨伤疼痛症疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 运用祛瘀镇痛酒治疗骨伤疼痛症116例,总有效率为95.7%,效果满意。疗效机理研究结果表明,该方能显著对抗组织胺所致的血管通透性增高,减轻肿胀而呈现较强的抗炎作用;其镇痛作用则与方中某些药物具有麻醉性有关。病理观察结果显示,该方对损伤后组织修复有促进作用。 One hundred and sixteen cases of pains caused by fracture and injury were treated by blood-stasis-eliminating and pains-stopping (BSEPS) wine with satisfactory results, the total effective rate being 95%. The results of the study on the therapeutic-effect mechanism showed that the recipe could significantly resist the histamine-induced increase of vascular permeability, reduce the swellings and have a strong anti-inflammatory function;the analgetic effect may be related to the anesthetic function of some drugs in the prescription. The results of the pathologic observation showed that the recipe has the stimulative effect on the tissue repair after injury.
