Preparation and Characterization of Y_2O_3 Ultrafine Powders

摘要 本文采用络合—沉淀法制备了Y_2O_3超微粉末,确定了适合的实验条件:y^(3+)的浓度为0.025mol-0.5mol;沉淀反应温度为50℃;HNO3的滴加速度为1~8ml/min.Y_2O_3超微粒子的平均粒径在0.04~0.1 μm之间。该平均粒径随着灼烧温度增加而显著地增加,随着灼烧时间增加略有增加。经x射线分析,Y_2O_3为立方微晶。表面光电压谱分析表明,超微Y_2O_3的光伏响应值比普通Y_2O_3的高。 Ultrafine Y2OS powders were prepared by complex precipitation method in this paper. Proper experimental conditions are as follows:the concentration of Y3+ is 0. 5-0. 025 mol,the temperature of precipitation reaction is 50°C ,and the dropping speed of HNO3 is 1-8 ml/min. The average particle size of ultrafine powders Y2O3 is 0. 04-0. 1 μm. The diameter of Y2O3 increases greatly with the increase of roast temperature,and increases slightly with the addition of roast time. XRD pattern shows that Y2O3 ultrafine powders is cubic. Surface Photovotage Spectroscopy indicates the relative intensity of ultrafine powders Y2O3 is higher than that of ordinary Y2O3.
