摘要
本文报道黑曼和昆明山海棠碱A片中生物碱的分光光度法测定。当黑曼的部位相同时,秋季采集的样品中生物碱含量较春季采的高;当采集季节相同时,黑曼根较茎中的生物碱含量为高。对昆明山海棠碱A片中雷公滕次碱的质量和百分含量均进行了测定。标准曲线的相关系数接近于1。测定的变异系数为0.55%。本法较灵敏而且方便。
Quantitative determination of alkaloids in T. regelii Sprague et Tak. and tablet of alkaloid A from T. hypoglaucum was performed with spectro-photometry. For the same part of the plant, the content of alkaloids was higher in autumn than in spring, and for the same collection, season the content of alkaloids from the roots was higher than that from the stems.The content of wilforine per tablet was determined, the calibration curve has a correlation coefficient approximately approaching 1, and the coefficient of variation for determination is 0.5%. This method was proved to be sensitive and convenient.
