摘要
亚共晶Al一Si合金经过细化处理,a—Al晶粒数量明显增加,组织中晶界增多,促使共晶转变时析出的共晶硅尺寸减小,使合金的力学性能有较大提高,尤其是延伸率提高幅度显著.
Through refining treatment, the quantity of α-Al grains and the crystal boundary of microstructure for hypoeutectic Al-Si alloys are increased, the size of eutectic silicon precipitated during eutectic transformation is reduced, thus the mechanical property of the Al-Si alloy is significantly raised,especially the ductility.
