摘要
型砂要求具有高的即时抗压强度,使其在造型后即可起模、翻箱。本文对混合型淀粉粘结剂的型砂性能进行了试验研究,其粘结剂由膨润性淀粉和可溶性淀粉组成,研究了淀粉含量、水分以及混砂时间等混砂条件对型砂性能的影响,研究结果表明,两类淀粉经优选组合后所组成的混合型淀粉粘结剂,即时强度可满足造型后即可翻箱的要求。
Experiments about properties of molds using mix starch binder were investigated for the purpose of obtaining a mold which can immediately be rollovered after the molding with high green compressive strength. In this investigation,the binder is composed of swelling and soluble starch. The mechanical properties of this mold is influenced by the mixing conditions;starch content; moisture and mixing time. This mix starch binder mold can be rollovered after molding soon by mixing effect of two types of starch.
