摘要
本文用小鼠骨髓移植模型研究了西咪替丁对骨髓细胞的毒性作用.结果表明,在100mg/kg/天的剂量下,连续用药50天,免疫重建小鼠脾细胞对Con A和LPS的增殖反应明显受到抑制;对TNP-Ba特异的PFC反应以及对BSA诱导的DTH反应也较对照组明显降低。CFU-S的检测结果表明,西咪替丁对小鼠造血干细胞有明显抑制作用。
In this report, a model of syngeneic bone marrow transplantation was used to investigate the toxic effect of Cimetidine on bone marrow cells. After 50days consecut-tive days administration of Cimetidine at the dose of 100mg/kg/day,the mitogenic response to ConA and LPS, the PFC response to TNP-Ba and the DTH induced by BSA were much inhibited in drug-receiving mice as compared with control mice. The results of CFU-s assay indicated that Cimetidine may directly inhibit the pluripotential stem cells of bone marrow.
