摘要
分别在实验室、中试和工业试验装置上,用低皂乳液聚合法在高温.高转化下,采用分批间歇加料方式合成了地毯海绵背衬用高固羧基丁幕胶乳,考察了乳化剂,引发剂、羧酸和调节剂等对聚合反应的影响。中试开发了汽提法脱除未反应单体工艺和强制外循环釜式加热法胶乳浓缩处理技术。通过聚合-浓缩法或直接合成法,均可制得残留苯乙烯低于200×10^(-6)、总固含量高于56%的产品胶乳。
On the respective experimental ,pilot and commercial scales , the high solid content carboxylated butadiene-styrene rubber latex for carpet foam-backing coating was synthesized by the batch process in low-soap emulsion polymerization with multi- feeding at elevated temperature and high conversion of monomer . The effects of emulifier , initiator , carboxylated acid and modifier upon polymerization were investigated . The stripping process for removal of unreacted monomers ,and the latex concentration treatment technology in which the concentrationapparatus involved a stirred-tank as heat exchanger and a circulation flow system were developed under pilot test. The product latex with residual styrene less than 200 × 10-6 and total solid content more than 56% could be obtained by either of polymerization-concentration process and direct synthesis process .
