摘要
本文对碱酸法提取黄芩甙的工艺中四个不同pH值进行了四个不同水平的系统考查,得出较适宜的pH值,即:碱提取为pH6.0;第一次酸沉淀pH1.0;碱溶解pH6.0;第二次酸沉淀pH1.0.并以此制订了新的工艺流程,使黄芩甙纯品收率较原工艺提高了86.35%.
This paper persents a Base-Acid Process which consists of a systematic investigation into pH values at four levels in the extraction process of Baicalin, and the desired pH values have been determined as follows.Base extraction pH is 6,0; Acid precipitation for the first time is pH 1.0; Base solution pH is 6.0; While Acid precipitation for the second time is pH 1.0. A new extraction process has been developed based on these desired pH values, and the yield of Baicalin has been increased by 86.35%.
