摘要
我们使用国产激光光散射测量仪对49例有生育力的男子和56例不育男子的精子活力进行了测定。观察了不同离心力、不同离心时间及温度对精子运动速度的影响,并将精液常规实验室检查的某些参数与精子的平均运动速度进行了比较。结果提示:在精子活力测定时应注意一些客观因素的影响;精子运动速度与快速向前运动精子的百分率和正常形态精子的百分率之间呈显著的正相关,而与精子的活率不相关。结果表明,国产激光光散射测量仪在检测精子活力方面具有明显的优点,激光法是一种客观、简便、准确的精子活力测定方法。
A total of 105 human semen samples(49 from fertile men and 56 from subfertile patients)were determined with laser Doppler spectroscopy(LDS).The mean sperm velocity is 33.87±4.26μm/sfor the fertile group and 27.29±6.82μm/s for the subfertile group.The difference is significant.The in-fluence of the centrifugal force and centrifugal time were assessed.There were no significant effect of thecentrifugal force(50,100,300,700,1000g)and centrifugal time(5,10,15,20,30 min)on the sperm veloc-ity.The influence of temperature on sperm velocity was assessed and the result showed that it was not dis-turbed when incubated at 37℃ for 30 min,but was significantly decreased from 29.01±5.60μm/s to16.90±5.21μm/s(P<0.01),when the samples were kept under 4℃ for 30min.The result also suggestedsperm velocity was significantly related with the percentage of sperms with straight forward movement Adegree and with the percentage of sperms morphologically normal.The conclusion is that LDS is a veryuseful objective method for evaluating sperm function,and its influential factors.
