摘要
从日本大耳白兔的四肢长骨中分离出破骨细胞,与牛骨片在体外加复方丹参注射液或柴胡注射液共同培养并做空白对照。用倒置相差显微镜观察。结果表明:丹参能抑制分离的破骨细胞在骨片形成的吸收陷窝数(P<0.01),抑制吸收陷窝的扩大。而柴胡则对分离的破骨细胞性骨吸收无明显影响(P>0.05)。
Osteoclasts were isolated from within 24h old neonatal Japanese rabbit's long bones and cultured with bovine bone slices in 24-well culture plate. In culture, injectio salviae miltiorrhizae composita (10mg/ml, 5mg/ml) and Injectio bupleuri (10mg/ml, 5mg/ml) were put in. At the same time, the control was set up. The results showed: salviae miltiorrhizae inhibited forming and expanding of resorption lacunae by osteoclasts on bone slices (P<0.01), While bupleuri had not significant effect on osteoclastic bone resorption (P>0.05).
