摘要
乌鲁木齐石化总厂催化裂化装置含硫污水先后采用单塔汽提和空气氧化二种方法进行处理。单塔汽提硫化物脱除率很高,平均达95.42%。流程简单,操作方便,净化后污水含硫量<50mg/L,对生化曝气无冲击,空气氧化工艺脱硫率平均达90.77%,净化水中 S_2O_3^(2-)、SO_4^(2-)等离子浓度增加,但对生化无明显影响。建议在含硫污水集中处理设计中采用汽提工艺。
Both single-stripping tower and air oxdatiou were used to treat sour water from catalytic cracking unit of Wulumuqi Petrochemical Complex, Desulfuration rates average is 95.42% for single-stripping tower.It has sim- pleprocess and easy operation.Sulfur content of treated wastewater is< and it does not impact the biochemical aeration basin.Desulfuration rates 50mg/L averge is 97.77% for air oxdiation process,Ion content of S_2O_3^(2-) and SO_4^(2-) in treated wastewater is increased but there is no obvious influence on biochemical treatment,Stripping process are suggested to used for design of sour water centralized treatment.
