摘要 7例难以成活的病人:1.其中5例以经过 CPR 技术培训者和对照组比较各自对心排量的影响。发现受训组优于对照组(P<0.05);再由受训组以三种频率比较发现:随着按压频率增加,心排量升高(P<0.01),每搏量亦升高(P<0.05)。可以达到死亡前的一半左右。2.另2例比较了胸外与开胸按压的结果:胸外按压可以获得高于开胸的心排量(P<0.05),右室功为开胸按压的2~3倍。结论:110~130次/分的按压频率可以获得更好的心排量。胸外按压简便、易掌握、易普及而实用的优点应得到更大的发挥。 To evaluate the effect of improved CCCM during CPR,the Hemodynamic Variables from 7 patients in whom Swan—Ganz catheters have been introduced before cardiac arrest were ob- served during resuscitation by CCCM.The manuever was performed by two teams,A and B. Team A was trained for CPR and team B was medical staff without proper training.Next,the CCCM was performed by team A in different frequencies.Cases No 6—7 were treated by OC- CM 15 minutes after CCCM which was considered as unsuccessful.Team A gave better effect than team B did on CO and BP(P<0.05).The variables of CO,SV were increasing with ris- ing of frequency.(P<0.01 in CO and P<0.05 in SV).110~130 beat/min was the best.The result obtain better CO than OCCM P<0.05 and high frequency seems to yield better re- suit.Conclusion:CCCM could yield better hemodynamic effect than OCCM if the frequency of massage would be increased to 110~130 beat/min in skillful hands.
