摘要
在pH9.0硼砂缓冲介质中,适量镉离子和阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,铑(Ⅲ)和meso-四(4-磺酸基苯基)卟啉发生荧光反应。本文研究了Rh(Ⅲ)-TPPS_4-CTMAB体系的荧光光谱及定量反应的适宜条件。激发波长418.0nm,发射波长648.7nm.测定的浓度范围1—500ng/ml。
The reaction of Rh(Ⅲ) with α,β,γ,δ-tetrakis(4-Sulphophenyl) porphine(TPPS_4) in the presence of suitable amount of Cd (Ⅱ), at pH 9.0, after heating in boiling water bath for 10 rain has been studied. A method for fluorescence determination of trace Rh(Ⅲ) with TPPS_4 is established. EX wavelength of the Rh(Ⅲ)-TPPS_4-CTMAB system is 418. Orim and EM wavelength is 648.7nm. The determination limit is lng/ml, and the concentration ranges of linear response are 1-20 and 20-500ng/ml.
