摘要
应用免疫组织化学的方法,研究103例结、直肠癌的c-neu、c-myc和P53癌基因蛋白的共同表达。103例中c-neu强阳性为42.7%,c-myc为39.8%,P53为13.5%。前两者之间的阳性率无显著差别,表明这两个癌基因在结、直肠癌的发生发展中具有相同的重要性。在103例中,14例的P53是与c-neu或c-myc共同表达的,无一例P53单独表达阳性。P53与c-neu,P53与c-myc的阳性率均有显著的统计学上差别(P<0.01)。
We have studied the co-expression of the c-neu, c-myc and P53 oncogene proteins in colorectal carcinomas from 103 cases, using an immunohistochemical method. Strong staining was found in 42.7% of tumors for c-neu, 39.8 % for c-myc and 13.5% for P58. No statistical difference was found in positive rates between c-neu and c-myc, suggesting a similar importance in the initiation and progression of human colorectal carcinoma. In the 14 out of the 103 cases observed, P53 was in co-expression with c-neu or c-myc. No positive staining of P53 was seen alone in any of the 103 cases. The positive rate of P53 was significantly different (P<0.01) from c-neu, and c-myc.
