摘要
使用透射电镜观察了26个胎儿角膜内皮细胞的超微结构,7月龄时细胞器处于新旧交替期,细胞的超微结构很不稳定,不适宜用于穿透性角膜移植术,8~9月龄时细胞的结构和功能趋于完善,可以考虑用于治疗性角膜移植抢救角膜穿孔和严重感染,足月龄胎儿细胞结构接近正常人,用于治疗性穿透角膜移植术时,植片透明愈合的可能性较大。
Ultrastructures of 26 fetal corneal endothelial cells were observed by transmission electron microscope. The organella of seven-month-fetus are in a superseding period with unstable ultrastructures, so penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) is unsuitable for this stage. The cell structures and functions of nine-month-fetus tend to be adequately furnished. Therapeutic PKP can be considered to rescue corneal perforations and severe infections. The cell structures of full-term-fetus are close to normal, so the rate of transparent grafts is comparatively higher after therapeutic PKP.
