摘要
用血管塑料铸型、电镜扫描观察的方法,对皮肤静脉瓣膜形成过程中不同阶段的形态变化进行了研究。通过对静脉汇合处血管的几何形态测量,导出引起瓣膜形成的主要几何因素及回归方程;通过对各期瓣膜的几何形态测量,了解到瓣膜的完善过程和演变规律。
By the technique of vascular cast and scanning electron microscopy,the sha-pe of superficial venous valves at each developping stage was studied.The regre-ssion equation of valve development and the two main affecting factors,the ang-le of venous branch converging to the venous trunk and the diameter of the vein,were achieved through a geometric survey.In general,venous valve developmenthas a possitive correlation with the enlargement of the angle and the diameter.The two main factors tend to be stable when the vein is over 0.2mm in diameter,which is in accordance with the anatomical textbook.Primary valve-like struct-ure was also nctiocd in veins less than 0.1mm.The effect of blood flow on val-ve formation was discussed.
