摘要
提出一种用概率分析法获知孔、轴在各种过渡配合中,间隙(或过盈)发生概率的理论计算方法。并对几种常用过渡配合的理论计算值及实际统计值作比较,这对于机械设计中的精度选择有实际参考意义。本文还提出运用统计尺寸公差手段,控制实际尺寸的概率变化特性,以期使配合按正态对称分布,改善配合性质,提高产品技术性能。
In this paper,a theoretical caculation method to answer the probility of backlash(or in- terference)between a hole and axle in uarious transition fits is proposed.The theoretical calculation value of some common transition fit is compared with practical statistical Value, which is of practically reference to the accuracy selection in mechanical design.The propa- bility character of practical variation can be controlled by means of the statistics of dimen- sion tolerance,thus,the fit distribution may be according to Gaussian,the fit performance and the technical performance may be improved.
