摘要
本文通过对30例下腰痛的症状、体征及腰椎动力学摄片的综合分析,提出了退变性腰椎不稳症的早期诊断依据,介绍了腰椎动力学摄片方法及其在诊断学上的价值。文内对退变性腰椎不稳症的临床含义作了探讨,并根据疾病发展阶段提出了相应的治疗措施。
The criteria of early diagnosis of degenerative lumbar spinal instability were established by combining symptoms, signs and dynamic radiographic study. The method of dynamic radiographic study and its value in diagnosis are introduced and clinical definition of degenerative lumbar spinal instability is discussed. The methods of treatment according to different stages of the disease are suggested.
