UHMW-PP/UHMW-PB_(-1)共混凝胶膜的固相共挤出及延伸状态的研究

Study on the Condition of Solid State Co-extrusion and Drawing for UHMW-PP/UHMW-PB_(-1) Blend Gel

摘要 对高延伸性的超高分子量聚丙烯(UHMW-PP)与低延伸性的超高分子量聚丁烯_(-1)(UHMW-PB_(-1))共混物的凝胶膜通过固相共挤出和牵引延伸后的延伸状态及在不同温度下延伸对延伸物的结晶取向效果进行探讨。通过WAXD,DSC,力学物性测定研究了试料的结构与物性。结果表明,经固相共挤出的试料在低于共混物二组分熔点的温度(T_d=120℃)下牵引延伸,其延伸性较低,主要取决于低延伸PB_(-1)。而在共混物两组分的熔点之间的温度(T_d=155℃)下牵引延伸,此时试料的延伸性,主要由其中结晶状态的UHMW-PP组分所支配,显示出较高的延伸性。上述结果并通过热处理进行了进一步的论证。 The paper reports a study on the condition of solid state co-extrusion and draw ing for the UHMW-PP/UHMW-PB_(-1) blend gel. The effects of drawing on the crystallization and orientation for the UHMW-PP / UHMW-PB_(-1) blend gel membarane drawn at different temperatures were studied. The relations of their structures to properties were also investigated by WAXD, DSC and some other mechanical methods. These results show that the drawability of the solid co-extrusion materials drawn at the less than melting point temperature (T_d = 120℃) of blend is much lower, its drawability is mainly deter mined by the drawability of PB_(-1), the drawability of the solid co-extrusion materials drawn at the interval of melting temperature for two components (T_d= 155℃) is much higher, its value is controlled by crystalline state of UHMW-PP component. The above result was further confirmed by the experiments of heating treatment.
