手术后病人不同糖与脂比率肠道外营养的比较 被引量:2

COMPARISON OP TPN WITH DIFFERENT RATIOS OF GLUCOSE TO LIPID CALORIES IN POSTOPERATIVE PATIENTS

摘要 择期胃大部切除术或半结肠切除术40例,配对分成4组,术后予TPN6天。组Ⅰ输低热卡(700kcal/d)电解质液,余3组给等热卡(30kcal/kg/d、等氮量(0.18g/kg/d)混合营养液,其糖一脂比率分别为:组Ⅱ1∶0,组Ⅲ1∶1,组Ⅳ2∶1。结果显示组Ⅳ的逐日氮平衡和积累氮平衡显著优于其他组(P<0.05,<0.01,<0.001),组Ⅲ术后第7天的SGOT值高于正常。 Forty patients underwent elective subtotal gastrectomy or hemicolectomy were given TPN postoperatively for 6 days. The patients were matched and divided into four groups. Group Ⅰ patients were on a non-nitrogenous hypocaloric regime with 700 kcal/d. Patients in group Ⅱ-Ⅳ received 30 kcal/kg/d of non-protein calories and 0.18g/kg/d of nitrogen. The ratios of glucose to lipid calories were group Ⅱ, 1:0; group Ⅲ, 1:1; and group Ⅳ, 2:1 respectively. Results showed that both the daily nitrogen balance and cumulative N balance in group Ⅳ were significantly better than in the other groups (P<0.05, <0.01, <0.001). SGOT values in group Ⅲ patients were above normal on the 7th postoperative day.
