摘要
分析了分解炉内热态情况下的主要宏观过程,在此基础上,根据流动、反应特点提出了喷腾型分解炉内燃烧、分解、气固流动的方程组及有关的化学反应模型,为进一步的数值模拟研究提供了必要的基础。
The main macroprocesses in spouting precalciners were analysed under thermal conditions. On this basis, the gas-solid flowing, coal burning, CaCO_3 decomposition equations and relevant chemical models were presented, based on the flow and reaction characteristics. Thus,the essential foundation for advanced research of numerical simulation has been laid.
