摘要
采用7个田间表现不同抗菌核病的油菜品种,在室内条件下,采用子囊孢子离体叶片接种法,对生长在不同光照和不同温度条件下的植株幼苗进行了油菜苗期抗菌核病测定。结果表明:离体叶片子囊孢子接种鉴定,是室内苗期油菜菌核病抗性鉴定和抗源筛选的一种可靠方法。生长在不同条件下的正常植株及同一植株的第一、二、三、四片真叶均可用于油菜菌核病抗性测定,品种间抗菌核病能力、抗感品种叶片上病斑的长度及其发展速度均具有明显差异。
The resistance of rapeseed seedlings of 7 varieties to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib) de Bary were tested. Influences of the temperature and light on the lesistance of rapeseed seedlings were assayed artificially inoculating the detached leaves by ascospores with petals. The results reported here indicated that it is a reliable, effective screening technique inoculating the detached leaves by ascospores with petals. The leaves locating on the stem of normal plants, and the 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th leaf locating on the same plant can be used to test for resistance of rapeseed seedlings to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. There were significant differences of resistance among 7 rapeseed varieties. The length of symptom on tne leaves showed obviously difference between resistant variety and susceptible one.
