摘要
5个甘蔗栽培品种的核型均为2B 类型,染色体数目为2n=106~114,绝对长度为1.52~6.31μm;主要是中部着丝点染色体和少量亚中部着丝点染色体,未见端部或亚端部着丝点染色体。同一品种不同个体以及不同细胞之间,染色体数目发生变化,变幅为4~9个染色体。推测甘蔗栽培品种退化与体细胞染色体数量变化密切相关。
Five varietics of sugar cane(Saccharum officinarum)are categorized as 2B ka-
ryotype.The majority of chromosomes were observed as metacentric,and few as sub-
metacentric,The number and absolute length of the metephase chromosomes of these
varieties are 2n=106-114 and 1.52-6.31μm respectively.variations in cbromosome
number were found in the range of 4 to 9 in the cells of different individuals or the
same individual in a sugarcane variety.This suggests that variety degeneration in
sugar cane is closely correlated to the variation found in the chromosome number.
