摘要
本文设计了一种用化学发光法检测过氧化氢酶活性的方法。其原理是利用H_2O_2与化学发光剂反应,使之发光,用发光仪可检测到其发光值。过氧化氢酶可加强此发光反应,其程度与酶活力呈线性关系。此法方便、快速、且可微量测定。用此法测定了30名健康成人的血清中酶活力,其平均值:323.7±16.5U/ml。
It is known that hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) can be decomposed into water (H2O) and oxygen (O2) under the action of catalase. A simple assay method to assay the activity of catalase,by using chemiluminescent micro-analysis, was reported. This wethod was proved to be convenient, rapid, and microassay feasible. The serai activity of catalase was determined in 30 normal adults, and the mean value was 323.7u/ml, with a standard deviation of 16.5u/ml.
