摘要
作者观察了22例肺癌患者用VCR+DDP或CBDCA化疗前及化疗第3天和第5天血清a1-抗胰蛋白(AAT)、触珠蛋白(HP)和转铁蛋白(Tf)等三项急性期蛋白的水平。结果表明,肺癌患者化疗前血清AAT和Hp显著高于正常值(p值分别小于0.01和0.05),血清Tf显著低于正常值(P<0.01)。化疗第3天和第5天时,化疗有效的9例患者其血清AAT较化疗前显著升高(P<0.05),无效的13例患者其血清AAT尤明显变化。血清HP和Tf在化疗过程中无显著变化。化疗过程中血清AAT浓度的升高率与化疗近期效果有关。结果提示,肺癌化疗过程中肿瘤组织的坏死可导致明显的急性期反应,且通过观察化疗初期血清AAT升高率可估计肺癌对化疗的敏感性。
To study the acute phase proteirst levels after chemotherapy, theserum 1evels of a1-antitrypsin(AA),haptoglobin(Hp) and transferrin(Tf) were meas-ured in 22 patients with lung cancer before and after their chemotherapy with VCR andDDP or CBDCA. The levels of AAT and Hp were significantly higher than normalvalue, and the level of Tf was significantly lower than normal value before chemothe-rapy. The serum level of AAT was raised significantly abter chemotherapy in the 9chemosensitive patients,(PRand MR)and was not changed signilficantly in the 13 non-re-sponded patients. The serum levels of HP and Tf were not changed sigificantly abterchemotherapy in all patients. These data suggest that there is an acute phase reactionafter chemotherapy in lung cancer, and the change of serum level of AAT is usefulin predicting chemoresponse.
