摘要
本文讨论了用苜蓿叶子作材料分离叶蛋白浓缩物(LeafProteinConcertrates)的方法,并研究了这种蛋白浓缩物中蛋白质、脂类及几种无机元素的含量,分析了蛋白组分及其相对含量,从而确定叶蛋白浓缩物用于食品和饲料的营养价值。
In this artical, We discuss the technology of extracting Leaf protein Concertrates (LPC)from alfafa as well as the contents of protein lipael sugsr and several metals in the exttaction. Wealso seperate the protein composition of LPC and and a quantitative analysis. From all of thisWe conduole that LPC have high nutritive value as food of human or animal.
