摘要
本文研究了不同碳、氮源其及浓度，培养时间对金针菇２０６４２菌株深层培养下菌丝生长量的影响。结果表明，其最佳碳、氮源分别为玉米粉和黄豆饼粉，浓度分别为３％和１．５％；培养７２小时，菌丝量最多。
This paper studies the effects of the carbon sources and nitrogen sources and their concertrations to mycelial growth of the train of Flammulina velutipes ' 20642', the best carbon and nitrogen sources are corn powder and soybean powder. Their opti- mum concertrations are 3%and 1.5%。We can obtain maximum mass of mvcelium un- der submerged culture for 72 hours.
