摘要
利用Ｒｂ３．８Ｋｂ特异性ｃＤＮＡ探针，采用ＳｔｕｔｈｅｒｎＢｌｏｔ方法，用脑外伤病人脑组织和正常胎盘组织作为对照，结果显示１２例神经胶质瘤标本中均未见有Ｒｂ基因的丢失或异常。检测结果表明Ｒｂ基因在神经胶质瘤中无显著缺失，但是否存在有Ｒｂ基因的微小缺失，点突变等当需用其它方法进一步证实。
Southern Blott was used to detect Rb gene
stractures in human gliomas confirmedby clinical pathology. No alterations of Rb gene was found
in these l2 samples comparing withDNA from normal brain tissue and placenta。 We considered
that Rb gene may be involved in thepathogenesis of gliomas but some other techniques are to be
used for further detection of possibleminute deletion as well as point mutations present in
gliomas。
