摘要
通过添加不同比例的高分子可染组分E1,E2,与聚丙烯共混纺丝制得了可纺性好的分散染料可染聚丙烯纤维.该纤维强度达3.5~4.5cN/dtex,断裂伸长为30%~60%,满足服用纤维要求;其可染性较纯聚丙烯纤维有明显改善,在常压沸染条件下可染出多种中、浅色以至深色制品.对E1,E2总添加量为7%的可染聚丙烯纤维用BlackE-EX,BlueE-EX等10种染料常压沸染1h,上染率在80%以上.染色织物的干、湿摩擦牢度达4~5级,日晒牢度大部分在5级以上,皂洗牢度大部分在3级以上,本文所研制的纤维具有开发服用纤维的价值.
P fibre, which has good spinnability and can be dyed by disperse dyes, is obtained by means of PP's blend spinning with dyeable polymers E, and E2 of different compound ratios. Its tenacity is 3.5 ̄4.5 (cN/dtex), and elongation at break is about 30% ̄60%, which satisfies the demands of clothing fibres. The dyeability of obtained PP fibre was greatly improved in comparing with the pure PP fibre. Many colors of light,medium or even dark shades on textiles can be obtained through dyeing process of boiling under normal pressure for one hour. The dye-uptake of PP fibre, with the total adding amount of 7% of E, and E1, is over 80% to ten kinds of dyes such as black E-EX, Blue EEX etc. The dry and wet rubbing fastness of dyed textiles are of 4-5 band, the soapingfastness is over 3 band. The PP fibre mentioned above has outstanding practical value in using as clothing fibre.
