摘要
通过2年的5个试验表明,VAM 菌 Glomus hoi,G.mosseae,G.versiforme 和Sclerocystis sinuosa 能显著提高陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum)和海岛棉(G.barbadense)叶片N,P,Zn,Cu 元素的含量、叶片相对含水量、株高、叶面积和干重等;并能提早开花和棉铃成熟;增加单株蕾、花、铃数、籽棉产量和分梳绒长,而对衣分无显著影响。以 G.versi forme 接种处理的效应最大;而以 S.sinuosa 接种处理的最小。还讨论了 VAM 菌的发育与其效应的关系。
The effect of VAM fungi Glomus hoi,G.mosseae,G.versi forme and Sclerocystis sinuosa on the growth and yield of cotton(Gossypium hirsutum var.86-1,Zhong 12,Litai 8 and G.barbadense var. Xinhai 3)were investigated under pot cultural conditions from 1991 to 1992.The tested VAM fungi were able to increase the concentration of N,P,Zn and Cu in the leaves of cotton,the relative water content, plant height,leaf area,stem thickness,fresh weight and dry weight;to enhance earlier flowering and boll ripening;to increase the number of flowers and bolls per plant,seed cotton yield and fiber length.The effi- ciency of different VAM fungi was different.The greatest benefit effect was obtained in the case of inocu- lation with G.versi forme,while S.sinuosa showed less effect.The developing charateristics of VAM fungi on cotton are also herewith discussed.
