摘要
特丁硫磷是天津农药总厂新研制的一种新型有机磷广谱内吸杀虫、杀线虫剂,具有触杀和胃毒作用。在山东、北京两地的花生种植试验中,特丁硫磷在花生地土壤中的降解半衰期(t_(1/2))为32~34 d,可属中等。在花生秧中的(t_(1/2)),山东为1~2 d,北京为5~6 d。待花生收获时,该药在土壤中的残留量均低于0.07 mg·kg^(-1),在花生秧、花生壳和花生仁中的残留量均低于0.01 mg·kg^(-1)。用 GC-FPD 检测其最低检出量为2.0×10^(11)g,最小检测浓度为0.001 mg·kg^(-1)。
Perbufos is a new type organophosphorus insecticide and nematocide in a wide range of lethal variety with the charicteristics of contact poisoning and stomach poisoning.Field experiments in Bei- jing and Shandong were conducted to study the degradation dynamics of perbufos in peanut soils,The re- sults showed that perbufos was degraded rapidly and the half-life(t_(1/2))was approximately 32~34 days in peanut soil.The half-lives of perbufos in peanut vine from Shandong and Beijing were 1~2 days and 5~6 days respectively.After harvest,the pesticide residual dose was less than 0.07 mg·kg^(-1)in soil.and 0.01 mg·kg^(-1)in peanut vine,shell and kernel.The detection limit of GC-FPD for perbufos was 2.0×10^(11)g.
