摘要
利用超薄切片技术、透射电镜及电子能谱研究了铝合金在硫酸溶液中的阳极氧化膜经着色和封闭处理后的内部结构,分析了氧化膜不同部位的微区成分,对氧化膜的着色、封闭机理作了一点讨论.
The construction and composition of colored and sealed anodic oxide film formed in H2SO4 so-lution on aluminium alloy were studied by means of ultrathin section, TEM and electron spectrum. The composition of the oxide film in different position was analyzed, the mechanism of coloring and sealing for the anodic oxide film was also discussed.
